Please tell me what commands to write to start training?  
Enter C:/Users/ruslan/MyFirstGame/Assets/Karting/Prefabs/AI/kart_mg_trainer_config.yaml --train, but I get the error: 
"mlagents-learn is not internal or external 
a command executed by a program or batch file.". 

Enter python mlagents-learn c:\Users\ruslan\MyFirstGame\Assets\Karting\Prefabs\AI\kart_mg_trainer_config.yaml --train, get: 
"python: can't open file 'mlagents-learn': [Errno 2] No such file or directory". 

Where do I make a mistake?

Well you are further along than me... all I can ask is that did you successfully follow that tutorial, or not? The error says you do not have that directory or file. The tutorial says you end up creating a new folder for this. Yet in your image I see a file, not a folder. Maybe that is the issue?
