# Unit 5 - Quiz

Test your understanding of Unit 5 topics, including cameras and Cinemachine, with this quiz.

This quiz will assess your knowledge topics covered Unit 5 including cameras and Cinemachine.

## Question 1

What does the Cinemachine Brain component do?

_Select only one_

- The Cinemachine Brain component acts as a hub for all the Virtual Cameras in the Scene that will override the Main Camera when activated.
- The Cinemachine Brain component generates a collision layer around all Virtual Cameras so that Rigidbodies can’t interfere.
- The Cinemachine Brain component adds physics properties to all Virtual Cameras, such as velocity, gravity, and air resistance.
- The Cinemachine Brain component replicates AI through machine learning.

## Question 2

What is the difference between the Main Camera and Virtual Cameras?

_Select only one_

- The Main Camera can enable Virtual Cameras to make backup recordings. This ensures an animation will render at a specified format and frame rate and there will never be any missed or dropped frames.
- Virtual Cameras are used to compose individual shots. They can be positioned and rotated just like the Main Camera, but they are not cameras, necessarily. Virtual Cameras are more like waypoints, or bookmarks, for the Main Camera to snap to when activated. Each one merely tells the Main Camera where to go and what to look at.
- The Main Camera is used as a proxy to compose high quality shots not achievable with Virtual Cameras. Since Virtual Cameras can not render the Scene in high resolution as the Main Camera can, we employ the Main Camera primarily to handle a higher quality image.
- Virtual Cameras are custom GameObjects that are parented to the Main Camera. Virtual Cameras extend value limits for optical lens traits, such as field of view, depth of field, or focal length.

## Question 3

Which keyboard shortcut best frames a Camera or Virtual Camera to the current view?

_Select only one_

- Control / Command + Shift + F
- Control / Command + Alt + Del
- Control / Command + Shift + Enter
- Control / Command + Shift + Option + Space + C
