This submission presents the playtesting process and improvement plan for my game, Sky Harvest – Fruit Catch Challenge, created as part of the Unity Junior Programmer Pathway.

During this milestone, I prepared a structured playtest questionnaire, tested the current game build, collected player feedback, analyzed the results, and identified the most important improvements for the next development sprint.

The feedback gathered during this playtest has been converted into new Jira backlog items and prioritized for the next sprint. This iterative process helped improve both the gameplay experience and the overall project organization while following Agile and Scrum practices.
