This submission contains the final sprint plan for Sky Harvest – Fruit Catch Challenge, created after analyzing player feedback from the first playtesting session. Based on the observations and questionnaire responses, I updated the product backlog, reprioritized user stories, and created a final Sprint 5 focused on gameplay improvements, UI enhancements, bug fixes, audio feedback, and overall game polish. The sprint goal is to address the highest-priority issues discovered during testing and prepare the project for the Release milestone using Agile and Scrum practices.
