Roll a ball through procedurally generated levels of increasing difficulty, avoiding enemies and collecting small cubes for score along the way - but be quick, for time will diminish you and their yield.

WASD to move, TAB to pause and R to reload the level (in case of impossible odds).

My first ever built project! Maybe I spent too long working on this... I doubt anybody is gonna actually play this (the 5 plays in the linked web build are from me... I had to do a lot to get web build looking normal qwq)

I actually have a lot to say here, but I can't do that in full, for there is a limit to the rambling @w@ - but I can talk about the procedural generation. Some time during production, I was watching a Brackeys video on how to make NavMesh agents path-find dynamically when he showed a simple script that randomly generated game objects along a grid for the agents to navigate through. Inspired by this, I decided that I would add this randomised generation for levels. The process of creating a level is simple: each element of an array of two dimensions has a random chance to be occupied with a certain value, with this value directly correlating to another element's index within another array of game objects. The process is slightly more complex to fit the project's needs, but the underlying generation is the same.

The generation is pretty bad and can create impossible scenarios sometimes, such as collectables spawning in unreachable places or being covered by a trapped enemy. I wanted to improve the generation and even add more content, but I felt that, seeing as this is a beginner roll a ball project, intentionally leaving it in an inferior state to what it could be was appropriate.

Project took about five days of actual work to complete. Laptop crashed 48 times during production. ¬w¬

Since you read all this way, there is a secret code that can be typed during gameplay called "SETDIFFICULTY". Enter any value after the code to set it as the difficulty.
