Redeeming your Learning Credits

1. Overview

You can access Unity Certification materials included with your membership via our partner platform, Xvoucher. You will receive a separate email from Xvoucher with your login information within a few business days of your membership activation.

Each learning credit included with your membership can be redeemed for one certification exam, courseware, or practice test of your choosing. You will use the Unity Learning Credits available in your Xvoucher account to redeem your certification materials.

Access your Xvoucher account

This is the welcome email you’ll receive from Xvoucher once your account has been created. Click the "Click here to get started!" link to change your password.

Redeem Your Unity Learning Credits

1. Go to your account at xvoucher.com/unity. Bookmark this page for easy access.

1. Redeem the learning credits by going to the Menu dropdown

• Select “Purchase” → “Unity Academic Products”

• Select the desired Certification products (ie: Courseware, Exam) and proceed with purchase. Your learning credits will be deducted accordingly.

Assign Voucher Codes to Students

Distribute your products by returning to the Menu dropdown on your XVoucher Admin Account by either option below. Please note: It’s critical that email addresses are entered accurately as this cannot be corrected after codes have been assigned.

Option 1: Select “Distribute” → Product

• Select desired products and assign students/faculty by manually adding or importing through a spreadsheet

• Once you have added all candidates, click Save at the bottom right corner

• Click the Assign button to assign the product(s) to the candidate(s)

Option 2: Select “Track” → “Inventory” → “Detail”

• Select “Assign” to assign products that have not been assigned/distributed yet.

Once students/faculty have been assigned a Unity Education Product(s), they will receive this email invitation to access their Xvoucher account to get started.

Each Learning Credit is redeemable for one certification exam, courseware, or practice test.

3. Please note:

• All unredeemed and unused Learning Credits are forfeited at the end of your year-long UAA contract.

• If you have redeemed a Learning Credit by assigning it to a student or faculty member, they have 12 months from the date of credit redemption to take the certification exam, complete the courseware, or take the practice test.

• If somebody, other than yourself, will be managing learning credits for your organization, please reach out to education-support@unity3d.com to assign a different admin.
