Pixyz Plugin seamlessly integrates your existing data with Unity. With Pixyz Plugin, you can import any 3D or CAD file type with full control over mesh size and quality, which optimizes your data for performance on your target devices and eliminates the need for multiple imports or model recreation.

By the end of this tutorial, you’ll be able to do the following:

Pixyz Plugin for Unity is a plugin that is fully integrated with the Unity Editor.

With Pixyz Plugin, you can perform the following actions:

Import 3D files of any type – mesh, CAD, BIM, and point clouds – into the Unity Editor. The import process generates optimized 3D assets and preserves critical information such as Hierarchy, material assignment, and metadata.

Automate the staging and the preparation of 3D assets of Unity projects. Alternatively, you can optimize 3D assets for your application to perform on any target device for real-time and immersive experiences. To do so, use the integrated Rule Engine and the integrated Toolbox.
