Extended dance party

I did a fairly simple extension of the dance party. The streetlmap now has animated party light. The fruit all have their own "idle" animations, and when the player triggers a dance for the green people, one of the fruits also move into the spotlight and back again. Red guy has his own special dances going on on the side, based on keyboard input.
