I developed a prototype of a 3D quest game. The goal is to create a certain potion by finding the recipe and ingredients. The game is played from a first-person perspective. Inventory mechanics, loot boxes, notes, and hints are implemented. Lighting is primarily spotlighted (candles) and is intended to create the atmosphere of a medieval dwelling at night. Therefore, the color scheme is dominated by browns and greens, with reduced contrast. An animation was implemented for a door that opens by pressing a hidden button. A particle system featuring dust flying in the air was added. All player actions are accompanied by sounds, including footsteps, which are controlled by a script based on the player's movement speed. ProBuilder was used to construct the room and door frames.
