Assign a Unity Reflect license to a user

1. Assign a Reflect license

Organization administrators can assign licenses to users from their Unity ID page by following these steps.

1. Log in with the administrator account for your organization on the Unity ID Dashboard. If the person you are assigning the license to is already registered as a member of the organization, jump to step 6. If not, continue below.

2. Select Members and Groups, and then select Add members.

3. Add the user email addresses you wish to assign to the organization, separating them by a space, a comma, or a new line.

4. Select Next when done. As soon as users accept the invite to the organization, you will be able to assign licenses to them.

5. Select My Seats and then select Unity Reflect in the list of products assigned to the Unity account.

The number of available and currently assigned seats will be displayed.

6. Select the user you wish to assign the license to and select Assign Seat(s).

The user will receive an email informing them that a seat license has been assigned to them.
