1. Optional: Continue on to Mission 2 of 3D Essentials

You’ve already completed the first Mission of the Unity Essentials Pathway. It’s not required, but if you’re interested in learning the essentials of creating 3D environments, you can continue on to the second mission.

In the 3D Essentials mission, you’ll create a kid’s room from scratch, including a bouncing ball that knocks over a tower of building blocks.

To complete the second mission, just go back to the Unity Editor, and follow the in-Editor instructions to master the 3D Essentials.

Important: Continuing on with this second Mission is entirely optional. Only continue if you’re interested in improving your Unity skills or if you want to evaluate more of the Essentials pathway for use with your students.

2. Submission: Share your progress

Make a 10-30 second video walk-through of what you accomplished in your Unity Essentials project, then submit it below to share with other educators. In the video, be sure to include the following information:

• What you found most interesting or rewarding about the process.

• What was challenging and how you worked through the challenge(s).

• Can you see yourself using in-Editor Essentials project with your students?

After you submit your video below, share a link to your submission on Discord to make sure they see your progress.
