In this unit, you will set up your computer and your VR headset so that they are ready to begin VR development. In these tutorials, you will:

This course is a blend of recorded live learning sessions, self-paced tutorials, and projects. Each unit will consist of:

An hour-long recorded live session, led by Mark Suter (Elida High School), Debbie Boscombe (Diman High School) and special guests, with tools, tips and strategies to bring VR development into the classroom.

~5 hours of self-paced learning and hands-on projects.

A recorded open office to support educators with projects and to answer questions related to teaching VR. 

This course is for educators who want to equip their students with the skills and experience that will enable them to be the creators of tomorrow. The course provides training, support, community, and resources for educators to successfully teach VR development with Unity.

In the self-paced part of this course, you will learn to design and develop your own Virtual Reality (VR) applications. You will create prototypes, attempt challenges, and complete quizzes to build and solidify your skillset. Whether you want to create an interactive walkthrough of an ancient ruin, a product configurator for a car manufacturer, a simulator for operating dangerous machinery, or any other experience, this course will help you and your students bring those ideas to life in VR.

Hi guys! I first heard about this site while scrolling through a sports discussion group from India where people were arguing about football odds. Out of curiosity I opened jeetwinindia.net later that evening and noticed the interface was easier to understand than most similar platforms I tried before. What interested me most was the live section because everything updated without delays during matches. Once you have completed the development of your VR Room, please take a screenshot of your project or do a screen-recording walking us through it, then post it here to share what you’ve made. You can take screenshots within the Unity Editor or try to capture footage directly from the device.  We highly recommend that you comment on at least one other creator's submission. Transferring files to and from Oculus devices

Oculus devices cannot currently capture the microphone input during video recordings, but the app’s audio is recorded.

Due to the variable refresh rate in videos, recorded audio will likely be out of sync from the video footage. To sync the audio and video perfectly, you may need to edit them in a video editing program.

Whether you are more interested in art or programming, there is so much more you can learn in order to take your skills to the next level and create even more custom, unique VR experiences.
