In this live series you will get up and running with Unity and gain foundational knowledge preparing you to create your own interactive worlds.

First, you will install Unity and explore the LEGO® Microgame. Then you will work on and customize a classic 2D platformer. Finally, you will modify and customize a Kart Racing game all while mastering the basics of Unity. 

 Unity Essentials Live begins Monday, March 22 at 9am PT and runs Mondays and Thursdays through April 1st.

In this live learning session, you will work on a 3D kart racing game that you can mod and customize. You will add Creative Mods to build on the project and make it more your own, while learning the basics of Unity. 

Develop your confidence using the Unity Editor

This session explores some of the same content available in the Karting Microgame project.

This live series is the perfect companion to the Unity Essentials Pathway. Follow the pathway to get started in Unity, learn about the world of real-time development, and begin your first projects. 

You can work through the pathway first, or attend this series first. The activities in the Unity Editor are entirely different, so doing both will only add to your learning experience! 

To participate in this session and follow along, you need:
