I completed the HDRP tutorial and walked around the completed scene.

AFB My HDRP Project
I made this going through the Unity Learn course on HDRP. I got all of the lights working. While I had some trouble with getting post processing working, I learned a lot.
Atmospheric Subway
Added all the missing lights and configured them. Also added post-processing volume (Exposure, Tonemapping, Volumetric Fog).
