Ragdolls are variants of animated objects whose bones are completely taken over by the force of physics. They’re most often used when a character is defeated, like in an action game when a player’s health depletes, or when you want a character’s movement to appear to be driven by physical forces. In this tutorial, we’ll create a Ragdoll using Unity’s built-in Create Ragdoll window. We'll use the Eva character in our examples, but you can use any character you want.

A profiling tool gives detailed information about how a game is performing. The Profiler window is a powerful profiling tool that is built into Unity. This tutorial describes what the Profiler window is used for and how to use it to diagnose performance problems in a game or other application.

When you use a 360° video in a Unity project, it's important to manage the memory the video uses. Unity's Addressables system provides a solution for managing memory for 360° videos that's easier than using the AssetBundles API.

The world around you is in constant motion. The same is true for digital worlds. In this mission, you will learn how to create animations in the Unity editor and how to configure animations imported from an external program. Describe key components of an animator controller. Configure Animation Clips imported from digital content creation (DCC) software or the Asset Store for use in a project. Configure a humanoid rig for use with the Humanoid Animation system. About this learning experience This project is a standalone learning experience which uses content developed for the Creative Core pathway. You’ll find everything you need to get started with animation in Unity, but you may also notice references to the guided learning journey for that pathway. If you decide that you’d like to complete the whole Creative Core pathway, you can start at any time. You’ll receive credit for any tutorials that you have already completed when you do.
