Everything you have described in your document seems simple and doable. My only concern is that it seems like kind of a "one and done" minigame similar to what is seen in microgame collections like the WarioWare games. If that's what you're going for then that is perfectly fine. My only suggestion would be to possibly try to find some additional way to vary up the gameplay experience from level to level.
