Everything in the document appears doable, and simple puzzle games will never go out of style. My only question is that since your proposed puzzles are very simple in concept, how many variations of puzzles will you have? Also, if the puzzles are not randomized it would be possible for players to just memorize the puzzles and input the answers from memory rather than engaging with the puzzles again.
