We start with an accurate clock, ticking away the seconds; there is soft background music playing.  Move towards the front of the shop, and you can hear the traffic, while at the back you can hear the wind in the trees.  
The hazardous fire is crackling away.
And if you have a sharp eye, you may catch sight of that damned fly that's actually moving around the store - if I knew where he was, I'd have zoomed in on him.
