Firefairy and fireflies

Although the video is at the resolution 1920x1080, when I extracted the images of the video, remove the background, stitch them into a spritesheet of about 25 frames for a loop dance of a firefairy, the output isn't at good quality, a little dissapointed. I should use other tools if I want to show a fairy dance, may be shader graph, whose output looks more realistic.
