Core Audio Practice Project
This project was created to complete the Unity Learn Core Audio challenge. The focus of this project was to understand how different types of audio sources and audio effects work inside a Unity scene.
I added a total of five audio sources. Ambient sounds include birds chirping and an airplane sound to make the environment feel more alive. The airplane audio uses a Doppler effect so the sound changes naturally as it moves.
For object-based audio, I added a campfire sound and an electric spark sound. The electric spark audio is connected to an Audio Mixer where a Flange effect is applied to give it a more interesting and noticeable effect. A background music track is also included to set the overall mood of the scene.
Working on this project helped me learn how to use ambient audio, object audio, audio mixers, and basic audio effects to improve the overall feel of a Unity project.
