Hi everyone, This is a brief overview of my Unity course plan. I’m a Unity Certified Professional: Programmer, and this course is Game Development with Unity, designed for college freshmen or beginner-level students who are new to game development and programming. The course follows a three-phase structure. At the start, students learn Unity fundamentals, including editor navigation, C# basics, game objects, components, input, and simple physics. In the middle, students build gameplay systems such as player controllers, UI, basic AI, audio, and level design, while iterating on a main project. At the end, students focus on polishing, optimization, debugging, and presenting a finished playable game. The course runs for one academic semester and is primarily in-person, combining short lectures with hands-on lab sessions.
