Saying that I dreamed about my own house would be an understatement. Sure, there are options like getting a mortgage and all that, but the down payment is still a pretty serious amount. Long story short, many years passed since I started saving up to build a house, and it looks like everything worked out more than well, because now there’s a chance to build a log cabin in Maine.
