I try to change it at least once every 2 weeks if I can. Honestly, I don’t really like any of the bedding I have right now, so I want to buy some new bedding for warm weather. People say you should even pick bedding made from different materials depending on the season, so it feels cooler in summer and cozier and warmer in winter.

Not really my thing, but it’s legit. Listen, does anyone actually change their bed sheets every week like they say you should? My last set of sheets lasted a month before I washed them. I honestly didn’t have time. Too much work, and no time at all for cleaning or household stuff.
