Unit 4 - Locomotion and Ergonomics

In Unit 4, Eric Cosky from Oculus will cover locomotion and ergonomic considerations for VR. You’ll learn to recognize common triggers of discomfort and how to avoid or minimize their effects. You’ll also be able to implement a teleport system within the escape room vertical slice.

  • Follow guidelines for minimizing motion sickness in VR
  • Identify usability considerations for different types of VR movement design
  • Implement a teleport-based movement system in the escape room vertical slice
